General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by deutschintensiv. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Our services
deutschintensiv offers the following services:
- Language courses and language coaching (individual and group sessions)
- Professional translation services
- Interpreting services for various purposes
- Intercultural workshops and corporate training
Booking and Contract Formation
A contract is concluded upon your booking confirmation and our written confirmation. All offers are subject to change and non-binding until confirmed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. We accept bank transfer, credit card and other common payment methods. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend our services.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 48 hours before the appointment, cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge
- less than 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the agreed fee will be charged
- in the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full fee will be charged
Limitation of Liability
We shall only be liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been breached.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, documents and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Applicable Law
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
