These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by deutschintensiv. By booking our services, you accept these terms.
Our services
deutschintensiv offers the following services:
- Language courses and language coaching (one-to-one and group tuition)
- Professional translation services
- Interpreting services for various occasions
- Intercultural workshops and corporate training
Booking and conclusion of contract
A contract is formed upon your booking confirmation and our written confirmation. All offers are non-binding until written confirmation is issued.
Payment terms
Payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. We accept bank transfer, credit card and other common payment methods. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend services.
Cancellation policy
The following conditions apply to cancellations:
- Up to 48 hours before the appointment: free cancellation or rescheduling
- Less than 48 hours: 50% of fees become payable
- No-show without notice: full fees will be charged
Limitation of liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless material contractual obligations are affected.
Intellectual property
All course materials, documents and content are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Applicable law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
